Did you see Barbie yet? This was one of my favorite lines.

Barbie sorta wakes up from her perfect no problem dream world & starts to be more human. She cries tears, she feels frustrated, she hits a point of 'why bother it feels best to just lay down face planted to shut out everyone & everything.'

Mushy
Complicated

Boy can I relate. And not in a poor me my life sucks way. But in a yep- those are all normal pieces of a full life experience way.

I love we're better normalizing some of the more difficult parts of human existence. I think the more we be authentic in recognizing them, the less difficult they are to experience.

So often we're convinced we shouldn't be sad, mushy or complicated so we spend time denying, fighting or trying to distract ourselves from these normal things.

Full experience means little bits of it all! We can feel the sad, the mushy & the complicated because NO FEELING IS FINAL. So ride them out the best you can. They don't last long.

Another great Barbie movie quote... That’s life. It’s all change.
