Meet Jen
If you’re reading this, you’re likely searching for a better way to live life. I, too, was one who searched! I was tired of feeling hurt or misunderstood. I struggled with how to support those I love, yet not become overly involved in their feelings. While proud of my sensitive nature, I felt it left me exposed and vulnerable. I even felt shame in feeling anxious or often triggered with no Big T childhood trauma to have caused anything but a wonderful life. Why were things so hard?
In looking for a better way to manage my life, I was introduced to The Adult Chair®. The biological survival instinct of our brains and the ego’s developmental protective coping skills was fascinating and reassuring. Understanding how and why unconscious beliefs were formed and how they were essentially running my life and relationships was a huge turning point. Realizing and then operating from a bigger, greater perspective left me with less pain, more peace, and ultimately better balance.
I felt like I had been given clarity glasses! Suddenly where I felt rejection or criticism, I instead observed simple differences in energy or preference, not statements of my worth. Where I experienced pain and conflict in relationships, I imagined a struggling inner child with unmet needs living in an adult body. Confidence in my truth and fact grew stronger, allowing me to detach from an anxious scarcity perspective and instead consciously align in a healthy, mature way. This improved all of my relationships; professionally, socially, personally, but especially the one with myself.
Through this transformation, I have lived the results of living from a healthy adult perspective. My passion to share this life-changing information with others has led me to become a Certified Adult Chair® Coach. I know what it’s like to want a better way.
Are you ready for your transformation to a better, more balanced life? I’m excited to guide you!
